Leveraging over a decade of expertise in the hospitality industry alongside a decade of experience in residential treatment, Erin has a deep understanding of both hospitality and mental health. Her commitment to clients and families in need of mental health services reinforces Juniper Haven's mission to provide a nurturing and therapeutic environment where individuals can find healing and growth.
Erin started her career in the hospitality industry where she learned the importance and skill of creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for her clientele. During her time in hospitality, Erin worked with guests from around the world, including government contractors, military service members, corporate and leisure guests alike. Erin grew to appreciate the diversity and perspectives of all people.
Erin’s career in mental health began a decade ago when she took on the role of administrative assistant at a residential treatment center. She used her unique skill set to plan and carry out numerous seminars for clients and their families, as well as company wide events for employees. She also supported each department with various administrative tasks, allowing her to gain well-rounded experience across multiple specialties.
Erin loves connecting the unique therapeutic services Juniper Haven has to offer to adolescents and their families. Seeing the amazing healing and transformations that happen within family systems are the favorite part of her career.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her Bernedoodles, Ben and Otto. She loves camping with her family, working in the yard, and capturing life’s moments through photography.
