With a passion for fostering growth and facilitating positive change, Dalton brings extensive experience in Residential Treatment Center management and special education support to his role as Program Director to Juniper Haven. He leads a dedicated team of Mentors, spearheading the development, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic programs aimed at empowering clients to achieve lasting outcomes.
Before joining the Juniper Haven Team, Dalton honed his leadership skills as a Program Manager at a Residential Treatment Center in Provo, UT where he oversaw operational aspects and ensured the consistent application of treatment care objectives. Dalton’s dedication to maintaining a supportive and therapeutic environment was evident in his efforts to train and mentor staff, as well as in his commitment to upholding the highest standards.
Dalton has also served as a 504 Special Needs Aide in the Alpine School District, where he implemented Individualized Education Program (IEP) plans to support students in gaining better access to their education. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the unique needs of students with special needs and further fueled his passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
